Our coreless motors utilize a self-supporting, skew-wound copper coil configuration. Since there are no iron laminations inside the rotor slot structure, there is no magnetic interaction with the stator magnet when rotating, eliminating cogging torque completely and ensuring smooth motion control.

Standard multi-stage planetary configurations target less than 1 to 1.5 degrees of backlash. For demanding optical or positioning systems, we supply premium low-backlash modifications using spring-loaded split gears that limit backlash below 15 arcminutes.

We offer customized shaft lengths, D-cuts, cross-holes, and splines. Cabling harnesses can be specified with Molex or JST connectors, shielding, and integrated thermistors for real-time monitoring.

We use high-temperature magnets rated up to 150°C and Class H polyimide insulation systems. This prevents insulation breakdown and magnetic degradation during high-current periods.
